✨ Project Wrap-Up Alert! ✨

We’re putting the finishing touches on this stunning apartment, and we’re in awe of how beautifully it’s all coming together. With panoramic ocean views and an abundance of natural light, our goal was to infuse the space with a coastal ambiance while keeping it warm and inviting.

To achieve this, we incorporated bronze mirrors, textured linen and raffia wallpapers, and warm oak wood accents. These elements not only echo the seaside vibe but also create layers of depth and texture in the design.

Design Tip: Every great space needs a standout feature! We love using lighting fixtures to make a statement, and for this project, we chose the breathtaking handblown canopy by . Its sculptural form enhances the grand scale of the space while drawing the eye upward to emphasize the height.

We are thrilled to share the vision behind this studio that is coming to life! ✨
Designing an industrial studio for a photographer in the heart of Wynwood was such a rewarding journey, where every step—from the initial rough sketches to meticulously detailed shop drawings—was all about capturing the authentic, edgy vibe of the neighborhood.

Instead of aiming for pristine modernity, we decided to embrace the beauty of imperfect, raw materials like weathered wood and galvanized steel pipes, giving the space a sense of history and character that feels right at home in Wynwood’s graffiti-covered warehouse district. The curated vintage furniture and mid century statement pieces adds warmth and personality, creating a workspace that feels both creative and grounded. Here’s to creating spaces that feel alive!
