We were honored to be invited to Beyond the Skyline: Real Estate & Lifestyle Podcast with host Bill Brothers for an engaging conversation about the world of luxury residential design. Soft, neutral tones are complemented by warm blush accents, sculptural furnishings, and layered textures that create an atmosphere of comfort without compromising sophistication. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to evoke both elegance and tranquility.

Natural light becomes an integral part of the design, flowing through expansive glass doors and extending the living experience outdoors. From the primary bedroom to the spa-inspired bath and elegant dressing vanity, each space is connected through a consistent palette of natural materials, clean architectural lines, and carefully curated finishes that celebrate timeless design.

The result is a residence where beauty is experienced not through excess, but through thoughtful restraint, exceptional craftsmanship, and an environment designed to elevate everyday living.

For this commercial hospitality project at Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach, Mendez Vela Design Collection (DBA MVM) envisioned an arrival experience that feels both elevated and effortless. Inspired by Miami's natural beauty and relaxed sophistication, the design layers organic textures, sculptural elements, abundant greenery, and soft architectural forms to create an atmosphere of calm and connection.

More than a lobby, this space becomes the hotel's living room, where first impressions are formed, conversations begin, and guests immediately understand the spirit of the destination.

At MVM, whether designing residential or commercial environments, we believe exceptional interiors should do more than function beautifully. They should evoke emotion, foster connection, and leave a lasting impression.
