When housing is designed as an integral part of the neighborhood, it can grow into something more generous over time.

For Homestead Commons, we designed efficiency and a sense of place to work together. These drawings illustrate how retail at the ground level invites daily life to the street, while the homes above are designed to adapt as residents’ needs
change.

In our process, Miami’s distinctive landscape is never just decoration, it is living infrastructure that supports comfort, climate response, and community identity. By utilizing modular strategies, we’ve streamlined construction to focus on what matters most: long-term value and a vibrant, resilient environment.
