A Day in the Life of a Landscape Crew Member

As a Landscape Crew Member you are a hands-on member of a team and an industry leader. Together you perform quality landscaping services for our customers in a safe and efficient manner. This includes cleanup of properties using mowers, trimmers, and backpack blower, bed and pavement w**d control, pruning of shrubs and trees, soil preparation for flower and plant installation, fall clean up of leaves, watering plants, properly mixing and applying pesticides and herbicides, and installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs. You ensure that your landscaping team completes each job on time and on budget without sacrificing quality. As a get-it-done person, you enjoy the variety of tasks and locations that are involved in your job. You love being outside and can't imagine sitting at a desk all day.

QUALIFICATIONS

18 years old or older
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to use a hand saw and hand pruner
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk for long periods of time, stand, bend, and squat for up to 10 hours or more per day
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
