Repaired many joist in this home from moisture damage. Then lined between joist with 5mil plastic, added insulation for additional v***r barrier protection, and finished with 3/4” plywood subfloor. Finished with Vinyl plank flooring by lifeproof flooring. Added a new vinyl sliding door.
