So the ones that know me personally know im not good with electronics or checking/posting on fb everyday. Apparently they are trying to clean up non active accounts and shut down my feed or whatever because of lack of followers, reviews, stars, etc. So please if we did work for you and you love it or not happy let us know either way your feedback means a lot and thanks ladies and gentlemen we appreciate all of you!

This project is were all our skills will be used. So guessing this house was built in many additions or in depression times.
While doing demo found that they removed load bearing walls and added additions on all over the place its crazy. Worst they literally just cut exterior wall out and nailed a single 2x6 from side to side under original plate 32 ft total with no jack studs no nothing lathe and plaster and called it a day. almost 4" sag. Ceiling/floor Joist tied together with 1x material, found beams in basement one jack post in middle 14 feet long scary. Every thing we opened was wrong or failing due to rot. Probably the worse ive seen in a long time. These are Before and during pictures we have a long way to go. I will try to update so you can see the transformation It'll be beautiful. Yes i know its easier to tear it down and start over, but a good challenge is good for us!!! Stay safe and have a great Sunday

As always forgot before pics. We removed a wall for more room, replaced subfloor, recessed sink into a cubby that was wasted space for maximum sq footage, installed new ceiling, nice whirlpool tub with heat. Installed a 12" rain head out of ceiling, wall mounted handheld for ease of cleaning etc., water fall tub spout for relaxing, over sized niche for shampoos etc. two recessed lighting with nightlife halos color changing Bluetooth exhaust fan with humidity sensor, new porcelain tile floor and shower walls topped off with a fresh paint job and 5 panel door tomatch the rest of the doors in the house

Nice little full bathroom remodel with a custom shower its got bypass doors, a lighted niche, niche for shaving, 2 shower heads, 20in rain head, with a hand held sprayer all ran by a 5 valve positemp manifold system. installed a nice 36in vanity and top, with a recessed mirror with touch controls anti fog clock etc. Installed a skirted tall toilet easy clean new lvp floors heated towel rack and little cabinet unit for towels etc cant forget the Bluetooth speakers exhaust fan with heat if needed

Forgot before pics as always but client has some he thinks will update if provided definitely improvement from what we started with wasnt able to use this one for 4 years. So here's finished product quick little tub change to walk in shower nice niche for soap shampoos, grab bars to avoid him falling again, and a foldable seating just in case he wants to sit. Then we recessed cabinet for more open feel, installed ada tall toilet for ease of use. Then installed nice solid wood vanity topped with a nice quartz top and new floor client is very pleased
