Landscape Crew Positions- Nichols Horticulture is looking for crew members to perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, clean ups, pruning, mulching, planting, grading, hardscape, and snow removal. Season begins mid-March. Full or part-time work available with paid travel time to jobs and time and a half over 40 hours. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick days and end of season bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance as well as retirement plans available. Uniforms are provided. Pay rates start at $20.00 per hour with no experience and go up to $25.00 per hour based on skill set. You must have reliable transportation to work and ability to lift over 50 lbs. Must be 18 years of age or older.

We are a well-established (30 years) full- service landscape design, installation, masonry, and snow removal company with 8-10 full time employees servicing high-end residential and commercial accounts in Bristol, Plymouth, and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts. All trucks and equipment are less than 6 years old and kept in top working order. Travel time to and from jobs is paid and time and a half over 40 hours in one week. Daily hours are 7am-4pm with lunch and coffee breaks during the workday. We take Saturdays off during the Summer and most of the Fall season unless we have a weather day during the week. Winter hours for snow removal and shop work are always available with full-time winter work an option. Uniforms, DOT card, hydraulics and pesticides licensing all paid by company. Foreman positions available with pay ranging from $25- $32 per hour depending on experience. Part time work also available. * We are offering a sign on bonus of $500.00 after three months of successful employment. * Owner of the company is a Stockbridge grad and has over 38 years of knowledge in landscaping, construction and site work. We are a small to mid- size company with many benefits only offered in larger companies.
