📣 New hours and location this weekend!

Find us at the Churchville Market on Saturday, May 23rd from 9am-noon

Located in the courtyard behind MTN Mystic Coffeehouse at 3806 Churchville Ave

🌳 New item available this week:
Chinese chestnut (Castanea mollissima) seedlings are available beginning this week (pictured below). These seedlings are grown from open-pollinated seed collected from superior mother trees, selected for nut production characteristics including large nut size, good kernel qualities, consistent yields, blight resistance, cold hardiness. Chestnuts are tasty for human consumption, and also deer-magnets, making these trees are perfect for food plots.

Also available at the Market:
Native perennials (Coneflowers, Agastache, Liatris (blazing star), Penstemon, Columbine, creeping phlox, and more) $3-$5
Ornamental perennials (Dianthus, Hosta, Foxglove) $4-$5
Annual pink impatiens $4 for 4-pk

Opening day of The Churchville Market is moved to May 23rd.

With Buffalo Gap's Graduation Ceremony falling on May 16th, we have decided to move our first Market Day to May 23rd. Same time and place!

Thanks for a great opening weekend!

We’re open again this weekend Saturday, April 25th from 9-4 and Sunday, April 26th from 10-3. No appointment needed. Just stop by and browse what’s available. Please note this business is operated at my home, so be cautious of cars entering and exiting the driveway.

Here’s a highlight of what we’ll have ready this weekend:

- Tomatoes (Roma, Oxheart, and Alice’s Dream Heirloom). $4 for a 4-pack. Limited quantity.

- Echinacea ‘White Swan’ (Coneflower). Native cultivar, great replacement for Shasta daisy, compact 20” tall, full sun. Perennial.

- Impatiens Solarscape XL Lilac Spark. These are an annual sun-tolerant impatien with vibrant pink bloom. 12” tall by 18” wide. $4 for 4-pk.

- Anise Hyssop. Native, pollinator magnet, long blooming blue spike flowers, 36” tall. Perennial.

- Heuchera ‘Firefly’. Small, semi-evergreen foliage plant for part-sun. Perennial.

- Agastache ‘Arcado Pink’. Native cultivar, pollinator magnet, pink flower spikes, full sun, 20” tall. Perennial.

- Penstemon ‘Twizzle White’. Native cultivar, white tubular flowers. Great for a meadow garden. 2-3’ tall, full sun. Perennial.

- Echinacea ‘PowWow Wild Berry’ (Coneflower). Native cultivar, top-performing coneflower in garden trials, compact 16-20” tall, full sun. Perennial.

- Yarrow ‘Marshmallow’. Cute, prolific, compact 12” tall with double white flowers. Perennial.

- Hosta ‘August Moon’. Chartreuse foliage, part-full shade. Perennial.

We also have fruit trees (apple, peach, and pear) and blueberries.

I’ll post weekly updates throughout the spring as new plants become ready.
