Addition rebuilt and all brand new, no more rot and a super happy customer! This one was a cold one with the nasty negative temps this time of the year…..

New front porch was not so much fun in these temps….. addition is next on the hit list and all rot gone and a happy homeowner! Thanks Fred and 157 concrete for the concrete work on point always a pleasure to work behind you.

What a transformation to this kitchen, rotten floor joists and total removal of an exterior wall due to rot! Beautiful kitchen in the end!
