Posting some photos from a beautiful home the girls and I stayed in for a night while unpacking & building furniture at the bin. The hosts kindly let us stay in exchange for a few extra shots of their place. 🙏

This home is INCREDIBLY well-appointed, with a hot tub, game room, theater/ family room, and roomy, comfortable spaces. Perfect if you want to be near the lakeshore towns and wineries.

Super kind hosts; highly recommend it, especially for longer stays! One night was not enough time to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. 🔥

Super excited how this game room came together for Bin and Gather. It was a late addition that serves two purposes: a mechanical room that holds water tanks | softeners and an extra amenity for guests. It’s important to maximize every inch of your rental to get a better ROI.

Whether you're traveling with the kids or want a place to hang with your friends to watch the game. This is an added space where you can be loud and not interrupt the calm going on in the main space.

This cozy space packs a punch:
• shuffleboard
• foosball table
• streaming tv
• Nintendo Switch w/4 controllers
• bar top + stools
• and even a mini fridge to pack with your fav local drinks

This room was ✅ approved by our daughters, who recently enjoyed watching a movie and playing on the Nintendo Switch while putting together some furniture for us.😉

The challenge was to create a space where kids and adults alike can unwind. Hoping kids will step into this place with excitement, imagining their own personal bunk as a fort and adults, viewing it as a personal nook where they can unwind. 💚With personal reading lights, soft velvet quilts + pillows, guests will be resting easy. And with its main-level location, they will be just steps from the main bathroom.
Included is the blank wall + the mood board creation showing the space’s potential.

This upstairs bedroom offers two plush beds with crisp white linens and soft floral pillows and a green shiplap accent wall with antler decor (a nod to the deer that roam the property). Also included in the room, above the beds, is artwork from a local artist: Erica Lang from . We actually have several beautiful prints throughout the entire bin featuring her work…which we will showcase soon.💚 The colors & vibe are just right. A cozy sitting nook, a nightstand with a charging station, a chic lamp and a little floral touch... cozy, rustic, and a little refined. 😉 It’s one of those rooms that feels instantly welcoming; hoping it becomes a favorite for the guests.

Centered around a queen-sized bed with luxe linens from Bauer, the space also features a comfy lounge chair perfect for reading or winding down. Striking tile work by Edward Martin provides artisanal detail, while heated terrazzo-look tile flooring adds warmth and timeless style under your feet. Wallpaper from Spoonflower adds a punch of color to the walls and is a nod to a future planting of wildflowers that will line the perimeter of the landscape. Great for fresh bouquets during the summer season.

Thoughtfully layered textiles create a cozy atmosphere that balances comfort and sophistication. Guests may fight over who stays in this one. ☺️

Clean, modern cabinets from Modhaus Cabinetry & Design are paired with quartz countertops, while a mix of quartz and tile backsplash adds layered texture behind the upper cabinets.

The coffee + tea bar is fully equipped for guests during their stay, highlighted by an espresso machine that produces multiple drinks at the push of a button, 😍 just add milk. The owners have a partnership with uncommoncoffeeroasters , which means fresh coffee supplies are kept stocked for guests to enjoy.

This fully stocked space blends style and function to make every moment with friends and fam memorable.
