Client requested we blend an existing tile look seamless coating we did 8 years ago onto their new addition on the home. This 5 coat system blends the old with the new and turned out beautifully. After shotblasting to a CSP-4 profile, our team put down a hi moisture primer followed by ProRez 5 coating system. The results were stunning. Can you make a severe offset and concrete cracks disappear? With the right products, yes, you can! A new slab was added to an old slab. An overlay was installed to address the problems, but the overlay had problems, too! We removed the overlay, did a thorough prep, and installed a self leveling cement urethane with a decorative chip. You can scarcely see the transition now that the floor is complete!👏

A short clip showing the difference prep will make for outstanding adhesion! We had previously done a small repair with as much prep as possible for such a tiny square. We're back to replace the floor, and you'll see how the previous install peels up easily. The existing epoxy coating is just laying on the surface of the concrete. Our little repair has got some adhesion going on! 👍
