20×40 Grecian Pool Renovation

This mid-1990s pool had several common issues from the era, including incorrectly run flex pipe, improperly supported steps, and outdated aluminum J-hook rim-lock coping.

We removed the existing fiberglass steps and installed a custom steel drop-in step, replaced the coping with new stone coping, and replumbed the pool with all new PVC piping. Additional upgrades included a new light niche and a completely redesigned equipment pad layout, improving both functionality and serviceability.

20×40 Grecian Pool Renovation

This 1980s-era pool was in need of major updates. The original pool had one non-working skimmer, no entry steps, cracked concrete, and outdated coping.

We renovated the pool by installing two new skimmers and three returns, along with a new code-compliant main drain. Equipment upgrades included a variable-speed pump, DE filter, Jandy valves, and a saltwater chlorination system. The pool was finished with new cantilevered coping and a stamped concrete patio, improving both performance and appearance.

16x32 Cypress New Pool Construction

We removed a 4 year old pool that was 7 inches out of level and never finished. The old pool came out very easy given the cheap material used originally. We reshaped the hole, corrected levels, and installed thick ZAM high quality steel panels with upgraded bracing.

Ready for a patio in the spring
