A letter from our customer:
"I am composing this email in regards to Clear Creek Crossing HOA located in Eagle. As a resident who is not on the board, but at times, asked to be involved in specific aspects of maintenance, feel compelled to let the individuals who manage and own this company know how their staff performs. At times, I am asked to call an open up a work( ticket) request, this process begins with a conversation with Heidi Christopher. Heidi is a breath of fresh air to work with, very to the point, listens to the concerns, she is very efficient. Not much wasted time or breath! She doesn't make the customer feel like she is doing them a favor by calling in. I appreciate that.
Before retiring, I spent 40 years in construction with AT&T. I have had countless crews and know the value of good technicians. I have worked with Luke a few times; he is a great resource for your company and a pleasure to work with. His attitude and work ethic is exemplary. I also know that employees like this, are what makes a company stand out and what makes upper management look successful. He communicates well and takes the time to explain the options, a valuable asset and outstanding employee. If I was managing a crew, I'd like to have 10 Lukes!
I've also had the pleasure to work and engage with Todd. Along the same lines, an attitude that exudes positivity, sense of humor, good communication skills and professionalism. Their tools and trucks were neat, organized, well maintained and they knew how to use meters to test voltage, amperes and continuity. I was pleasantly impressed with the way they went about trouble shooting.
The long and short of it is, that if I owned a company, I'd want to know how my people treated the customer and performed in the field. The point of this email is to let you know that these employees are the reason that I will continue to recommend to the HOA board to schedule work with Burgess Pump.

This customer's filter was over 20 years old and had some faulty internal parts. They were manually flushing the filter every day and eventually had to bypass their filter completely. They were only down for 3 hours while our BP team replaced it with a new Filtomat by Amiad.

We wanted to take this time to acknowledge Luke Webb for his dedication to Burgess Pump over the last 10 years! We're proud that Luke made a great choice in coming to work for Burgess and has since excelled in every facet of what we do. It makes us very proud that he calls this his "work home" and we can't wait to see how things progress for Luke in his future. Congratulations Luke! What a great career you've had thus far!
