The average cost of this setup is approximately $50,000 if purchased used, More than $80,000 if purchased new. General liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, disability insurance, Federal, and State taxes will add a 30%-50% hourly wage burden. Fuel, oil, mower blades, trimmer line, and other sundries add to the cost of the work being done. Our average properties in the Hudson Valley take 50 minutes to complete not including drive time for two workers. What is a reasonable price to perform work like this?

A tree stump can be taken out with a grinder. But unless the entire stump and root system is removed, the soil could contain disease, improper soil structure, or imbalanced nutrients. To replant a new tree in the same space requires stump removal the hard way. Then the addition of new soil and proper nutrients for the new tree to flourish.
