Construction and completed photos of a sunroom addition I designed for permitting. Owners are pleased, a nice view out of a cathedral ceiling layout.

Working on 4 ongoing similar additions and adu’s(accessory dwelling units) for in-laws and family members. A huge demand for this work due to limited houses available for the middle class compounded by high interest rates forcing people to pour value into their existing home rather than move.

I’m certainly not arguing lol!
