A Handyman's Punch List

A Handyman's Punch List Projects ranging from complex to simple as changing a lightbulb! I was a cabinet builder for 7-8 years. I began working in the remodeling business in 2017.

I have been in the construction industry since 2011 from concrete polishing the floors of Dollar General and polycerate/epoxy installation of Chipotle to remodeling entire dining rooms, bathrooms, and exteriors of some favorite fast-food restaurants, like McDonald's, KFC, and Taco Bell. The intricacies of the projects became more difficult, and I became more satisfied with my ability to complete t

hem. I have plenty of experience to finish the punch lists, or honey-do-lists, you need completed in order to get the extra time needed for other, more important things in life.

Microwave Repair (part 1 of 2)
The door latch on this microwave was broken, so it wouldn’t stay closed.
Tape worked as a temporary fix, but not a permanent one.
The homeowner wanted it repaired the right way, so the microwave could be used safely and reliably again.
Small appliance issues like this often get ignored or “patched,” but they usually have a proper fix.

This Danfoss LX programmable thermostat wasn't working properly due to being dropped. After taking it apart, cleaning it up, putting it back together properly, I was able to get it working again.
