We're looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our crew. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn the trade — we want to hear from you.

📋 What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting with concrete flatwork, stamped concrete & pole barn construction
• Supporting the crew on residential & commercial job sites
• Operating hand tools and basic power tools
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized

✅ What We're Looking For:
• Reliable transportation to job sites (required)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions
• Prior construction experience preferred — but not required, we'll train the right person

💰 Pay: $16–$20/hr DOE

📍 Based in Midland, MI — serving the lower peninsula of Michigan

Pole barns are designed with posts as a framing member, which are buried a few feet into the ground. They serve as a key component to the foundation of the entire barn. Framing is then completed and sheeted with metal for the roof and walls. The photos shown here are from a 40x60x12 pole barn with a concrete floor that we recently built. The siding color is Light Gray and the roof color is Gallery Blue. Message us if you want to know more!

Not only do we build pole barns but we also frame homes and other structures. Here are two photos of a house we framed this summer. Last week we completed another patio and walkway that used the method of stamped concrete. The decorative concrete color was created with Cream Beige, Terra Cotta color hardener, and a Medium Gray antique release with a Flagstone stamp pattern. When working with stamped concrete you have the ability to choose from many patterns, colors, and even textures. Message us today if you are interested or want to know more.
