One month ago our Board of Directors decided that the network and infrastructure that ASC uses for our machine-learning system to develop algorithms that are able to audit medical claims with incredible accuracy and speed could serve a better purpose.
One month ago we ceased regular operations. Instead, our staff of mathematicians, analysts, and software engineers have been gathering data from local health departments, hospitals, and government organizations each and everyday.
They have been entering that data as our network has been learning. Each day we send the prediction models back out so that resources can be moved. While the management of the pandemic we are facing is a global effort, we are proud of any little piece we can play in it.
Originally, the board decided to take a 30 day hiatus from regular operations. We were scheduled to resume operations 32 minutes ago.
However, as the state begins the phased reopening, the number of cases is increasing, and new clusters of symptoms are being observed in children. We will stay the course, and continue to provide whatever support we can in the ongoing fight.

Altman Securities is proud to announce we have signed a contract with a major health care network to provide logistics oversight and a corporate think tank to work of streamlining their operations as they move forward with attempting to improve vital services as well as improving access to elective procedures.

Under the umbrella of Altman Securities we are also able to expand the services being provided to the Department of Veterans for applicant screening that was provided by Hartford Services while remaining in the original financial contractual obligations.

As this weekend reminded us of not only the best the American spirit has to offer and the debt we owe to Veterans of this great country it is always our goal to provide the best service possible any time we have the privilege of returning any small measure of the debt we owe those who handed this great country a blank check.

Thank you to the men and women that have pledged their lives to guaranteeing the freedoms that wee are endowed with simply for being born in the greatest country on Earth.

Altman Financial Worldwide completed the purchases of Hartford Services, which provided medical insurance claims review across much of the Midwest United States, and Rothmore Financial Security, which provided corporate security for companies from less than 5 people to Fortune 500 companies.
Following the completion of the sales the board voted to merge the companies to reduce redundancy in the corporate structure.
Knowing that times are tough and finding a new job is difficult President and Founder of AFW, Quinn Whelan, directed the restructuring team to ensure all employees were retained in the merger, though some may move to areas that were either not completely staffed or could benefit with extra staff.
The merger was completed this morning with the three entities being restructured under the new name "Altman Securities".
