This GSI wall-hung unit had failing internal tank parts — low water level, weak flush, and constant complaints. So we opened it up, rebuilt the internals, replaced the worn components, and restored full performance.

This house has lived three different lives… and each one left behind its own sewer main.

After the teardown, the rebuild, and two remodels, the ground underneath was basically a plumbing time capsule.
We hunted down all three sewer lines, removed the dead ones, found the active line, and tied everything into one clean, proper main headed to the city tap.

Sewer reroute: complete.
