Meet the Crew over the next week:
This is Rusty, the Owner and Head Technician for Thumbs Up Home Comfort, LLC!
He is hard-working and likes to get his hands dirty. He really enjoys working on Heating and Air Conditioning Units. He would rather be working on equipment as opposed to any other aspect of the business. We try to keep him away from phone calls so he can focus on the real work!
He is a family man with a wife, Nicole that works on the bookkeeping for the business. His oldest son, Zander, he works as a technician for the business as well. Elle Jae is the only daughter, who helps with anything you ask her and Beau, the youngest son that keeps everyone entertained.
You will also meet his father-in-law, Richard who works as the Operations Manager and puts out all the fires. His mother-in-law, Lisa, a lifelong bookkeeper is training Nicole to take it all over.
There are also two golden retrievers who serve not only as loving companions but as mascots for the business. Archie, 4 years old and Finley, 10 months old.
We also have a Lead Technician, Josh McComas whom has worked for the company for 3 years and all the customers love his kindness and helpfulness when working on their equipment.
