- Plan review and consultation
- Space planning and furniture layouts
- Selections of all interior furnishings and finishes
- Production of specification manuals
- Reflected ceiling plans
- Design intent drawings for custom mill work and elevations of key areas
- Finish schedules for use by general contractors to assist in installation
- Plan, mill work and specification doc

- Consult with owners, architects and contractors during construction

PURCHASING SERVICES:
- Provide purchasing contracts that include quantities and vendor supplied pricing
- Generate and maintain FF&E orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules to coincide with fluctuating project time lines
- Consolidate and reconcile vendor invoices to achieve accurate client billing
- Facilitate claims should any damages or inconsistencies occur during shipping
