Grateful is truly an understatement. We are beyond thankful for the incredible love and support from our community who showed up for our open house yesterday. Seeing so many familiar faces - and meeting new ones - meant more to us than we can put into words. Your encouragement, enthusiasm, and presence made the day unforgettable and reaffirmed why we do what we do.

Thank you for celebrating this 23rd anniversary milestone with us and for continuing to support our journey. We feel so lucky to be part of such an amazing community.

We’re getting closer and closer to seeing The Terrace come to life! The Terrace will bring a new level of luxury living to the Salt Lake Valley. The 7-story building includes 215 units above a 2-story parking garage, and an incredible 3rd floor courtyard and pool deck including a pickleball court, dining & lounge areas & fire pits. The amenity-focused project includes dedicated co-work space, a 2-story formal lounge, clubroom, a club-level fitness room with a sauna overlooking the courtyard and cardio areas extending north onto an outdoor yoga terrace. The list goes on and on… We can’t wait to see the end result of this project!

Wrapped up the season with our end-of-summer party at the Bees game! Great food, a great game, and even better company! Couldn’t ask for a better night together.
