Today we celebrate a symbol that has represented our nation for generationsโ€”the American flag.

No matter where we come from or what path we're on, the flag serves as a reminder of the freedoms, opportunities, and sacrifices that have helped shape our country.

Here in the Wasatch Back, we're grateful to live, work, and raise our families in a community we love, and we're thankful for those who have served and continue to serve our nation.

A lot of A/C calls end up being something simple.

Before you schedule a service call, take a quick look at a few things:

โœ”๏ธ Check your air filter
โœ”๏ธ Make sure your thermostat is set to COOL
โœ”๏ธ Verify the breaker hasn't tripped
โœ”๏ธ See if the outdoor unit is running

You'd be surprised how often one of those solves the problem.

At this point, the thermostat knows when we're leaving, when we're coming home, and probably has a better idea of our weekly routine than we do.

What a prject this was! Running all the ductwork BEFORE the concret is poured? Great utilzation of space, but also we HAD to make sure everything was perfect. No second chances!

Looks like we're in for a pretty nice week ahead.

We'll start the week in the low 80s before cooling down a bit midweek, then temperatures climb right back into the 80s heading into the weekend. Plenty of sunshine, cool evenings, and not much chance of rain.

Honestly... this is about as good as June gets around here. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

If you haven't fired up your A/C yet, now's a good time to give it a test run before the hotter summer temperatures arrive.

Last week our crew spent a few days laying out and installing sub-concrete ductwork for this new build. After the work was completed and passed inspection, it was ready for concrete.

And just like thatโ€ฆ all of this work gets covered up!

Thatโ€™s why experience and attention to detail matter so much on new construction. Once the concrete is poured, you donโ€™t get a second chance to โ€œmake it right.โ€
