We want to make this plain.
If you call us out to provide an estimate, and we take the time to assess your project and give you a price, then you decide to shop around and hire someone cheaper, that’s your choice. However, if that cheaper contractor doesn’t get the job done correctly and you have to call us back to fix it, understand that you’re likely going to pay more than you would have if you had hired us from the start.
When you hire Cody’s Quality Construction, you’re not paying for the amount of time we spend on a job. You’re paying for experience, craftsmanship, reliability, and the ability to complete the work correctly and efficiently the first time.
We take pride in serving clients who understand the value of quality work and professional service. If your primary goal is simply to find the lowest price, we may not be the right fit for your project.
Respectfully, if you’re planning to use our estimate solely to price-shop competitors, please do not waste our time or yours. We value our expertise, our time, and our clients who trust us to deliver quality results.
