Saying this house got a facelift is an understatement! This home was designed and built by our clients father who is no longer with us almost 60 years ago, and is now being passed down through the family. We always love bringing peoples ideas to life, but there is something extra special when you are helping restore something that has this much meaning to someone. We were able to bring her modern sleek look to life while still preserving some of the key features of her fathers that she loves and wants to showcase. I couldn't be happier with our teams dedication to continue to fine tune and expand on their craft. They killed it and produced another product worthy of the Webster logo 💪😎!!!

Before and afters of a 1,200 sqft Mannington Adura Flex floating floor we installed for a Dinse Contracting LLC first floor remodel of a home in Brighton MI. This floor doesn't have a single break or transition from the first board to the last. Every seam is precisely staggered and aligned to match the precision of craftsmanship Brian Dinze and his crew bring to every single one of their remodels. We didn't put "Precision" in the name because it sounded good, it's what we expect from every project we take on whether it's big or small! On to the next one 🤟🤟🤟

This client has been waiting 5 years for an update on their beautiful Ann Arbor home, and we were able to get it done just in time for Thanksgiving. They made us feel like part of the family as we brought their visions to life.

Nice fresh update for this mid michigan lake house. I can't wait for the clients to enjoy the new look next year when they return from their winter hiatus in warmer weather. I love the relationships I build with my clients, and the trust they have in me to bring their ideas to life. This is the fourth project we have done for this family and that is what we aim for. We don't just splash and dash. You aren't just another name on a check.
