Join the growing team at Krueger-Maddux Greenhouses as an Apprentice Grower. Learn the art and science of commercial plant production while working alongside experienced Assistant, Section, and Head Growers.

What You’ll Gain

What We’re Looking For

* Degree in Horticulture or a related field preferred, but not required
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Commitment to safety and following procedures
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
* Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends during peak spring season

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and progress achieved through the apprenticeship program.
