Hi friends,
Kaylene here-
While I have the energy right now to make this post, I want to let you all know there will be some slight changes at Frame Theory for the remainder of the year:
Last week, I was in the hospital with 2 blood clots and found out they were caused from lupus. I don't want to go into too much personal detail, but this is the reason for the changes at Frame Theory and I want you to understand things will be a little slower around here.
My recovery will be a slow process and David & I have decided it will be best for my health for me to take a break from the shop and focus 100% on my recovery.
How this will effect business:
Well first off, it's going to be crickets🦗 on Social for awhile 😆 but if I have the energy to post, I will. I also know many of you have come to trust my designs and come in for my expertise, which I am so happy for, but I want you to know you will be in great hands with David as we do share similar design tastes and he knows how my thought process works, so please don't hesitate to come in with your projects! He also will keep me in the loop on incoming projects so if I think of a design element, I will let him know! 😄
This time of year tends to get busier with holiday gift orders, and since David will be a one man show for a bit & having to be upfront at the design counter that means less time in the workshop during the day, so please expect turnaround times to stretch out a little bit...we are estimating 3-5 weeks depending on the project.
🕙Hours are going to be a little different too some days...For the most part, we plan on being open our regular hours Tuesday - Saturday 10am-4pm. We HIGHLY recommend to text or call the shop number if you are planning on coming in for drop off or pickup just to make sure David is there. He will be taking me to most of my appointments as I cannot drive for a bit and will need to check on me at home. Luckily we only live a few minutes from the shop, so it won't be too long if he does have to step out.
