Two years ago, I started Well Maintained Home Services doing small handyman jobs. Since then, the company—and the projects—have grown in a big way.

I’m proud to share that I’m now a licensed residential builder in Michigan, taking on full remodels, basement builds, and exterior work including windows, siding, and roofing.

These videos are a look at where we are today. I’m excited to start sharing more of the journey here.

I have taken this leap with the hopes I could make a run at this business and provide a high quality service at a reasonably price…

So, I am starting to ramp up with work requests and cannot thank everyone enough!

Unintended benefits of my new career is spending time with family (other than the typical holiday check- ins)

I recently had a couple jobs that I needed to have a second pair of hands. I was very thankful to have my Brother-in-law willing to join me this week…

Jim has been a part of our family for close to 40 years.. he is extremely talented and knowledgeable at many trades. (And an even better father). Jim has helped our family countless times over the years and is always the first to jump in and help…

We had a great day and were able to get some work done too!

Thanks again Jim!!! Look forward to future days like this!!!

WOW! All I can say is “WOW”!

The response that I have received over the past few days has left me overwhelmed with gratitude…
THANK YOU for all the comments, calls, texts, emails and “job requests”.

I have my Youtube channel up and going.. and will plan to share updates and some insight on the projects we are working on..
