Broken spring on a door from 1997! This customer just moved into this home 8 months ago and mentioned how the previous owner did bare minimum maintenance on everything and asked us to be proactive and replace all mechanical parts. So we got to it! We replaced the broken spring, seized rollers and bearings, and rusted and fraying cables. Now mechanically this customer has new doors. Hung door situation for this customer where the cable came off the drum on one side causing the door to become unleveled and get wedged in the tracks. Unfortunately when the panels got wedged the bottom two panels were damaged and starting to split apart in the air. After looking over the damages and seeing that the door was original to the house being built back in 1999, they decided to just go ahead and replace everything. So we got to work! Quick apples to apples for the replacement on model and look from the door prior. Call us today for any service or install!

Quick motor install for a customer who was looking for a quieter and more updated system than his older screw drive motor. He ended up deciding to go with the Liftmaster plus model. It’s a belt drive motor that’s super quiet and also comes with some nice perks. For example it has WiFi compatibility, a battery back up, and built in LED lights all in the head unit. Fun little install we did today for a customer who wanted to surprise his wife with a new garage door. He’s recently made so changes to the outside of their home and he wanted not only a more insulated door but also one with tinted windows to complement the black around their home. We will install the motor you bought and don’t want to install yourself! This customer months ago bought a new motor from Home Depot and meant to install it shortly after, but as life stayed busy and weeks went by. He finally was told by his wife he needed to do something about it. His solution? Calling us!!! We came out and did the labor of installing his motor he purchased. While we were there installing it we found that the efficiency parts (rollers & bearings) were starting to wear down and drag. That was putting unnecessary restriction on the newly installed motor making it work harder than needed. He asked us to change those parts while we were there to protect his investment and get the longest time possible out of his new motor. Just listen to how quiet and smooth his door sounds at the end! Broken springs on a 13 year old garage door. This customer stated that all the mechanical parts were still original from the install making the cables, rollers, bearings all 13 years old too. He wanted to eliminate any future breaks and asked up to be proactive and do the overhaul on all his mechanical parts! Now he has the best thing outside of buying a new door, which is mechanically having a new door. Now his door is light again, and now more efficient for his motor and quieter while operating!
