The way people want to remodel is changing. It's less about adding square footage and more
about making the home you already have feel bigger, brighter, and built around how you actually live.

This recent Tenhulzen project is a great example. A vaulted ceiling carried across the great room and kitchen. A slight elevation change that defines the two spaces without walling them off. A railing that keeps sight lines open. An island redesigned with new countertops, custom millwork below, and an integrated range - with the hood and venting tucked into the ceiling so nothing breaks the volume overhead.

The result is a home that flows when the family is together and still feels like a real kitchen on a
regular weeknight. That's what designing for everyday living looks like.
