It’s been a couple yrs since we panted the Greene room and Black and white rooms at the. KOHL MANSION in Burlingame .

The staff had us back to do some maintenance work. The colors has been holding up really nicely.

This room gets a lot of traffic from the event weddings that are held at this property.

We used ULTRA satin and Matte finish to this project .

Even the areas by the large windows that get a lot of sun still touched up almost perfectly after two years.
