I use eCrater as my main on-line shop, but it seems fewer people visit there. They do not charge a big shop fee so prices can be a little lower. I guess it is not well known. Amazon takes 15%, even of the shipping. Shipping prices are up so much, especially with the holiday surcharge fee.

Well, I don't know what is going on with whoever bought zibbet, but they are not interested in letting us know. Facebook kept getting an error from the expected zibbet feed, so I stopped it....and deleted all items from my Facebook shop in the process. I am so lost with all the FB pages -I give up. No more FB shop for now.

A week from zibbet shutting down for a remodel as the new owners take over. I moved my domain to my eCrater shop. Have no idea who is taking over, but zibbet says we will be VERY pleased. Wait and see if it is a company where I already have a presence. www.Crafted-By.com

Just found out that zibbet has been acquired by another company. No word yet who the new owners are. I really liked the zibbet model. My zibbet shop will shut down July 3rd while they reorganize it for the new ownership. Well I feel overwhelmed by information that has put my entire business idea and statement Recycling Works! into chaos. Nothing I make is considered recycled by etsy's definition of recycled, which is probably industry standard. I have to rewrite my business statement and everything else mentioning recycling. etsy is not requiring that I do it, but I was just made aware of the rules for calling something recycled. Of course I want to be correct in what I say about my business and not mislead people.
I give unwanted materials a second beautiful life of usefulness.
