Recently, there has been a surge in vehicle break-ins. To safeguard your property, consider the following precautions:
- Ensure your vehicle is locked.
- Refrain from leaving valuable items in your vehicle, including fi****ms, purses, and wallets.
- A crucial tip is to activate floodlights or exterior lights surrounding your residence. Bright lights can deter burglars, as their eyes are adjusted to darkness, and it also makes them more visible.

If you haven't updated your security system to a smart system yet, here are the instructions on changing the time on your system:
Press * 6
Enter your 4 digit code
Press 1
Then enter the time in military time (9:15 pm 2115)
Then # #
Ignore all the extra beeps. If you enter everything as listed above it should change pretty easy. If you have any issues please call us and we will help!

Please be advised that our billing rates will increase in December 2024 to compensate for significant operational cost increases. Prolink has absorbed these costs for several years; however, this is no longer feasible.

The majority of yesterday's emailed monthly invoices lack a payment link. The reason is unclear. We will re-send the invoices next week. Thank you for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.

If you would like to avoid receiving a late fee on your past due invoices here are a few things you could do.....
- sign up for auto draft. We can use credit/debit cards or your checking account information. If you are not set up for auto draft and would like to please call the office at 334-285-5833 and we will be happy to help you.
- call and let us know you will be late with your payment. We live the struggle life sometimes too, so we understand.

We allow 30 days to pay. If you haven't paid your invoice within that time frame you will be charged a late fee. The late fee applies to everyone.
