The history of this highly regarded company, originally established in 1979, is defined by versatile expertise in landscape and hardscape design and installation; horticulture and arboriculture; and property planning, maintenance and preservation. While most of the projects we undertake concentrate on the renovation or expansion of existing residential property in New York's greater Millbrook area

which includes Dutchess and Columbia Counties as well as Connecticut's Litchfield County, our strategy has always been to upgrade a landscape while protecting its most precious and indigenous attributes. Our services include: landscaping design, property planning, excavation, lawn, tree and property maintenance, pools & water features, decks & terraces walls, walkways & patios, outdoor lighting, gardens, fencing, large tree installations, tennis courts, road & driveway design & installation.

After many wonderful years of serving our community, we have decided to close our landscaping business and enjoy a well-earned retirement. It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to care for your outdoor spaces, and we are deeply grateful for your trust and support over the years. Here’s to new adventures ahead!

The Millbrook Gardens team is taking a short winter break until after the New Year and the Garden Center is closed until the spring. Our landscape crews are working six and even seven days a week on stonework, winter pruning and other projects for our clients.

Starting in January, our office will be open from 10 am - 2 pm Monday through Thursday. We will be happy to take your calls to discuss new projects throughout the winter and for next spring. We are already making plans for raised bed vegetable gardens, stone walls, patios, fire pits and planting designs for new landscaping projects. This is also a great time to get on our schedule for the spring.
