We are grateful for all the recommendations for service calls. Unfortunately, we are currently completely booked up through the beginning of June.

We will not be doing any service calls from June 1st until October 1st as Dave recovers from Surgery. The phones will be operational and booking appointments for fall / winter services.

This is why it’s important to get yearly services. This machine had the skid shoes and scrapper bar worn down beyond repair. Because the skid shoes and scrapper bars were not check and adjusted annually, the auger rakes are worn out also.

Mouse nests are becoming an issue this season.

With the New England weather showing up this year and gifting is all this snow, it’s time to remember that seasonal services for your equipment is beneficial. Most people feel that they really haven’t used it much, but that’s not always a good thing.

Here are some good reasons to have seasonal services. It may not prevent things from breaking, but it sure can slow the process down.

Just want to stress how important Seasonal Services are for your equipment.

The last few days of service calls were for regular Seasonal Services / Tune Up. No running issues were mentioned.

Started the services and found not start issues and drive system issues.

Pictures are of mouse nests, worn out drive disc and gummed up carburetor from water in the gas.

Just wanted to Thank everyone who wished me luck and good vibes.
Surgery went well today and now the healing begins.

We wanted to let everyone know that Dave is going in for Knee surgery on 7/14/25. We will not be doing any service calls during his recovery time (2-3 weeks).
