Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping – General Labor:
- Complete General Landscaping Tasks Such As Spring/Fall Cleanups, Mulching, Lawn Mowing, Weeding, Hedge Trimming & A Variety Of Other Tasks
- Able To Operate S**G Mowing/RedMax Handheld/Billy Goat Equipment
- Willing To Learn/Perform Landscape Maintenance Tasks
- Willing To Train New Workers
-Ideal Candidates: 2+ Seasons Of Lawn Maintenance Experience Preferred (Minimal Training)
-Able To Use A Weedwacker With Attention To Detail
- Able To Safely Operate A 3500 Dump Truck With 20 Foot Trailer (MA DOT License)
- Willing To Pursue MA Fert Applicators License Or 2A/1C In The Near Future (Company Provided)
Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping – Experienced Crew Leader:
- MA DOT Card With Valid License ACTIVE
- Able To Safely Operate 3500 One Ton Dump w/ 8x20’ Enclosed Trailer
- Skilled Operating S**G Mowing/RedMax Handheld/Billy Goat Equipment
- Ideal Candidates:
- ACTIVE MA FERT APPLICATORS LICENSE (Or Willing And Able To Obtain ASAP)
- 5+ Seasons Of Lawn Maintenance And Landscaping Experience
- General Knowledge Of Plant Recognition And Lawn Maintenance Procedures
- Willing To Increase Knowledge Of Landscaping & Grow Within Our Company
Hardscape Construction Foreman:
- Experienced With Installation Of Stone Veneer, Retaining Walls, Patios And Steps
- MA DOT With A Valid License ACTIVE
- 2A/1C Valid License ACTIVE
- 5+ Years Of Experience
- Able To Follow Plans From Start To Finish And Complete Projects At Hand
- Willing To Take The Lead To Motivate Others, Provide Direction And Increase Production
- Ability To Meet Or Exceed Set Deadlines And Expectations
- Ability To Use Variety Of Tools (Plate Compactor, Concrete Cut Off Saw, Building Tools, Etc.)
- Willing To Learn, Pursue Continuing Education And Attend Training To Increase Knowledge
- Ability To Operate A Variety Of Pieces Of Equipment (Skid Steer, Compact Utility Loader, Excavator, 3500 Dump Truck With Equipment Trailer And Various Others)
Utility Laborer (Hardscape/Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance):
- Able To Perform Tasks As Mentioned Above
- Ability To Assist In Hardscape And Landscape Projects (Willing To Train Right Candidate)
- 2-3+ Years Of Experience Preferred
Sign On Bonus 2022:
- $125 Per Month (April-December) Full Time Positions - Attendance With Less Than 3 Unexcused Absences Or Late Arrivals Per Month Paid At End Of Each Month
