Akron Roof Repair

Chimney was starting to leak, so we tore back the area and did it right — new ice & water guard, new step flashing, and we grinded a clean cut into the brick to properly seal the counter flashing in.

All sealed up and ready for the next storm. Catching these early saves a lot bigger repairs later.
