This is quite a transformation. Somebody cut way too much out of the floor joists for plumbing years ago causing a major sag in the floor and ceiling. Jacked and reinforced joists as well as adding the tray ceiling for additional support. The addition of the crown molding, chair rail and batten really set this dining room off.

Anyone that knows me and my work could probably agree that I take a lot of pride in my work and try to go above and beyond for my customers. A dishonest negative review is very disheartening and affects my livelihood. I don't take it lightly.
