Current work load taking us into the summer. We were tasked with a carport to garage conversion and an addition that is to be the new carport. Two key elements I wanted to happen, 1. Make it architecturally correct so that the new garage was always a garage, not an afterthought. 2. Exact replicas of all the millwork on the new addition so it looks like it was always part of the structure.

We are nailing this one and I'm proud of what me and this crew have done. 👊

Help Wanted!!!!

Seeking a qualified individual with 5-10 years of professional painting experience. Must be able to handle any type of painting and custom finishing. We do interior, exterior, millwork, faux, stains, sealers, etc. If it can hold a finish, we'll apply it. I need someone knowledgeable in these areas. A truck or van is a must. The proper tools are a must. A well kept appearance is a must. You will be working directly with my clients.

In search of a skilled finish carpenter. I need someone who can handle custom millwork installs with a priority on quality. We do work with some of the heavy hitters in the industry of high end custom millwork. (Designers, architects, millwork shops, general contractors) We also take on other carpentry work that will include additions, timber framing, siding, cornice, etc.. If you can run crown like a pro, install mortise locks, build and install doors and jambs, and other finely tuned carpentry projects, I've got plenty of work lined up. Qualified candidates will need the ability to build, install and construct varied levels of fine carpentry. Again, I say quality. Above all else. The best you can do, everywhere we go. That's what I'm looking for.

Pay will depend on your skill level. I don't need to know how many years, but want to know what you've done with those years. Expect an offer between 18-25 an hour.

Entry level position into finish carpentry, custom millwork installations, trim & mouldings. Will gain knowledge in remodeling from demo to punch lists. Will work with a crew that is diverse in talent and you will learn the right way, the only way, we do our work.

Experience is not necessary. A desire to learn is. Can you read a tape and have some hand tools? Great. If not, that is fine too, because what I really need is someone who is motivated, trustworthy, & reliable.

Once again I'm beginning the process of trying to find the right person to hire.

I'm going to hire someone soon with the intention of training and shaping them into being a professional in millwork installs and having complete remodel knowledge. The crew I have is diverse in talent and can take on any kind of construction job that I may choose to take. I'm centrally focused on finish carpentry and custom millwork installs. However, large remodel projects have been taking most of our time lately.
