We contracted with Smith and Lloyd Landscaping to landscape a steeply sloped area in front of our new build home. The job was challenging and Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job determining the plantings, planting locations, and irrigation system layout. The job manager was on site daily and was courteous and great to work with. The company came highly recommended by our builder and we likewise recommend to anyone in need of a professional landscaping company.

Recurring water damage?
You might have drainage issues! Before you call us, call Jonathan from Smith and Lloyd Landscaping and Design to figure out where the water is coming from. Sometimes the angles of a foundation or the surrounding yard can cause constant flooding in the basement and crawlspace. You can fix the water damage and eliminate the entry point at the same time.
