🐧 SNEAK PEEK… because we’ve been keeping this one under wraps long enough. 👀

Since March, Mark and the crews have been making trips back and forth to central North Carolina.

And no… it wasn’t for your typical pool build. 😂
This time, the clients were a little shorter, always dressed in tuxedos, and REALLY into swimming. 😏🐧

Yep… PENGUINS.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Sylvan Heights Bird Park to help bring their brand-new Penguin Point exhibit to life!

And these aren’t just any penguins. Penguin Point will be home to African Penguins, a critically endangered species native to the coastlines of southern Africa. 🌍🐧

They may look dressed for a black-tie event, but these guys can dive 80+ feet hunting for fish, mate for life, and lucky for North Carolina are naturally adapted to warmer climates. 😎

As for our part?

🪨 Artificial rock

🐧 And a complete habitat designed for some very important new residents.

Safe to say, this was NOT your typical Shore Outdoor Living pool project. 😂

After months of traveling, building, carving, shaping, and bringing this habitat together, we’re finally ready to give you a little peek at what Mark and the crews have been working on.
