To expand utilization of the IHCC Chapter 17's Bartlow Prototype Dealership Building Museum as the core site of changing educational exhibits of IHC historic materials open to the public on a regular schedule. To expand Chapter 17 membership and public communications to aid collection, preservation, restoration and exhibition of IHC related artifacts and materials.

🚜 MORE THAN JUST A MUSEUM: STEP INTO IH HISTORY! 🚜
Did you know that the IHC Chapter 17 Building in Millville is a rare piece of corporate history? It’s not just where we keep the tractors—it’s the Bartlow Prototype Dealership Building, and it has a story to tell!

🏙️ THE VISION OF THE "PROTOTYPE"
Back in the mid-20th century, International Harvester wanted a signature look. They designed specific "prototype" building plans to ensure that whether you were in Iowa or Pennsylvania, an IH dealership was instantly recognizable.

The Bartlow building is one of the rare surviving examples of that corporate vision!

The Design: Built to the exact specifications of IH corporate architects to look modern, sleek, and efficient.

The Heritage: For decades, this very floor was the hub for local farmers.

The Experience: When you walk through our doors, you’re standing where farmers once stood to order their brand-new "Letter Series" tractors. You can almost smell the new paint and hear the shop talk!
