🛒 Ingredients
For the Creamy Orzo Pasta 🍜
Orzo pasta
Fresh broccoli florets 🥦
Garlic (minced)
Onion (finely chopped)
Cream or half-and-half
Grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Butter
Olive oil
Fresh parsley 🌿
Salt & black pepper
For the Juicy Chicken 🍗
Boneless chicken breast, cubed
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Start by cooking the orzo in salted water until al dente, adding broccoli in the last couple of minutes. In a separate pan, cook the chicken in olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then stir in cream and Parmesan to make a velvety sauce. Add cooked orzo and broccoli to the sauce, toss everything together, then fold in the chicken. Top with chopped parsley and a touch more cheese for the ultimate creamy comfort!

We love smoothies in all sorts of combinations, because they are healthy and ideally refreshing. Below, I'm sharing with you a recipe for a banana smoothie, which is easy to make and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup almond or other plant-based milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ tablespoon roasted peanuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:
Place banana, milk, peanut butter and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with roasted peanuts and serve.

Magical soup full of minerals
This magical soup full of minerals meets all nutritional needs, can be drunk as a tea and used as a broth to make other dishes. Regardless of your appetite, it provides enormous nutritional value. It is full of magnesium, potassium, sodium, has a good effect on digestion and general health.

Ingredients:
6 unpeeled carrots, cut into thirds
2 unpeeled onions, chopped into pieces
1 leek, white and green parts, cut into thirds
1 celery, cut into pieces
4 unpeeled red potatoes, cut into quarters
2 unpeeled sweet potatoes, cut into quarters
5 unpeeled garlic cloves, halved
1/2 bunch parsley leaves
15 cm kombu seaweed
12 black peppercorns
4 juniper berries
2 bay leaves
7.5 l cold filtered water
1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation:
Wash the vegetables thoroughly, including the kombu. In a large 10-liter saucepan, place the carrots, onions, leeks, celery, potatoes, sweet potatoes (if available), garlic, parsley, kombu, pepper, juniper berries and bay leaves. Fill the saucepan with water to come 2 inches (5 cm) below the rim and bring to a boil. Then remove the lid, reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for at least 2 hours. Add water if necessary. Strain the soup, then add salt to taste. Let it cool to room temperature before placing the saucepan in the refrigerator. You can also freeze this soup.

Hippocrates' soup (+ recipe)

Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized celery root
- 1 medium-sized parsley root
- 2 medium-sized onions
- 2 small or one large leek
- garlic as desired (can be added at the end)
- a little parsley
- 600 g of tomatoes
- 400 g of potatoes

Allowed spices: allspice, bay leaf, coriander, capers, cumin, fennel, nutmeg, oregano, rosemary, saffron, sage, sorrel, cumin, tarragon and thyme. Chives, garlic, onions and parsley are allowed in larger quantities.

Preparation: Wash the vegetables, cut them into slices or cubes, and you can also grate them. Place the vegetables in a large pot and add enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring the pot to a boil, then continue to cook the broth over low heat for an hour and a half to two hours, until the vegetables are soft. At the very end of cooking, add garlic and permitted spices in smaller quantities (as desired and to taste). Puree the cooked broth. Consume one portion of the broth, and cool the remaining amount and leave it in the refrigerator.

Chhole (Chickpea Curry)

Ingredients

1 medium serrano pepper, cut into thirds

4 large cloves garlic

1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 medium yellow onion, chopped (1-inch)

6 tablespoons neutral oil, such as canola or avocado

2 teaspoons ground coriander

2 teaspoons ground cumin

½ teaspoon ground turmeric

2¼ cups no-salt-added canned diced tomatoes with their juice (from a 28-ounce can)

¾ teaspoon kosher salt

2 15-ounce cans chickpeas, rinsed

2 teaspoons garam masala

¼ cup fresh cilantro for garnish
