World records are hard to achieve! Propagating and growing the world's hottest chili peppers is a real challenge because seeds are hard to get, hard to germinate, and the plants grow slowly.

At we accepted the challenge of one of our customers and we have quietly been working on a surprise. We can now reveal that we have successfully propagated two Carolina Reaper Pepper plants that we are bringing to market tomorrow!! This is the real deal plant strain that produces, hands down, the hottest pepper in the world. We recommend using gloves when handling, and the rest is up to you. Yes, we put a warning on the label!

Looking for one or two brave souls ready to take this challenge on and bring these fruits to fruition.

Farmers John and Steve at are looking forward to another great day at the Highway 87 Outdoor Market in Navarre, Florida tomorrow. Each of these well-loved plants are looking for their new homes! We look forward to seeing our friends soon. Tomorrow, you get to welcome Ethan to the market. He is home from college and loves helping us at share our best with our market friends and customers.

Even if you are all stocked up on your plants, please stop by to say hi and meet Ethan! We also love to hear how our plants are growing, talk about gardening, and getting caught up with everyone. See you tomorrow!

Wow! What a fun market it was on Saturday for farmers John and Steve from !

We really enjoyed meeting some new friends and sending most of our specialty plants home with them. We are so looking forward to getting updates on their growing success.

We also welcomed some great new propagation requests and and challenges. (YES! We did find Shish*to Pepper seeds, and the Carolina Reapers may even be ready in time for the next market!)

These little guys are all looking for their new homes tomorrow! Come to the Highway 87 Outdoor Market at 1922 Highway 87, Navarre, Florida to see what is coming out of the greenhouse and heading to the market in the morning.

In addition to some special heirlooms and other interesting varieties , we are bringing two plants that are known for producing records. Our Heavy Hitter Okra is a spineless okra that can produce over 250 pods per plant, and the Big Jim Chili Peppers have the record for producing the world's largest chili peppers! These are great food producers and will be fun to watch grow at your home. (We will have them growing at our farm as well; however, they are so good, you probably wont see the fruits at the market!)

There is a chance of rain, but it is later in the day so don't let that deter you from visiting. We always look forward to seeing you, and we always love to at least talk about our plants, plans, and the weather. 🙂

We are bringing some beautiful and unique vegetable plants to the Highway 87 Outdoor Market this Saturday from 9:00 to 2:00. The address is 1922 Highway 87, Navarre, Florida.

You will find an array of desirable plants ranging from "Heavy Hitter Okra" to "Big Jim Chili Peppers." Of course we have have some beautiful heirloom tomatoes and other varieties ready for the market as well!
