BIG NEWS!! 🔥🔥 A few months ago, we acquired our residential general contractors license, along with our concrete trade license.
We’ve been repairing and improving both residential and commerical properties for 17 years on top of pressure washing and managing properties for over 25. We’ve had some wins and we’ve certainly learned some lessons; but we’re still here, smiling, working hard, and doing everything we can to leave customers with structures and improvements they can be proud of.
Our philosophy is simple- leave customers with CLEAN looking structures, and foundations and frames that not only meet but exceed standard building principles. We put a strong emphasis on properly mitigating and managing water, using proper fasteners, proper building techniques and asking the simple question, how will this structure be the easiest for the customer to maintain and manage for the long haul? Ultimately, how do we make sure this structure PERFORMS for this customer over a long period of time?
