A little mid-week glue down action, including tear out of old glue-down carpet and laminate, full skim coat, install brand new glue-down LVP topped off with brand new shoe we keep er' movin 🫡

A wise man once told me "all you can do is all you can do" and it always stuck with me. To be fair this being a 3 day job was a pipe dream anyways. We knew it was going to be a tight schedule, but after running a day past on the last job due to unforeseen prep work there was no shot. We were able get the customers house fully back to livable condition, and we'll be back to knock out the steps later this week! So far so good! 👌

Mid week ✅️ Three dayer with full tear out or carpet, sheet vinyl and ceramic, install 700 sq ft of COREtec LVP AND new base throughout the house, plus new shoe for all LVP areas 🤙

Another banger week-2600 sqft of XL Cortech LVP, with carpet and laminate removal, plenty of grinding, floor patch not to mention a ton of stone undercut. Also installed fresh new shoe throughout. All in all the customers were over the moon with their new space! Picture perfect! Lets have another great week!

Laminate needs love too! This is about 1250 sqft in a basement complete with foam underlayment. The customer was not only impressed with the results, but said that us getting done so quick really put his project back on the right track! Gotta love it!

New flooring ran throughout the house always totally changes the look and feel of any home. After a few hours of prep (grinding thin-set and patching) we were able to lay about 700 sq ft of LVP on this one in about a day and a half!

This rental got everything it needed and then some! Some subfloor, some patch, some sanding-the whole ball of wax. Made quick work out of it though and the customer couldn't be happier to start working on finding tenants earlier than expected!
