We started this build with just replacing the door. Once the old door was removed, we found the subfloor and some frame was rotted out from water damage. The customer decided to redo the whole room and this is our finished product.

Another finished project. On this build we:

•Framed a little sun room
•Cut out and framed for a 60x60 window
•Cut and framed window in the garage for natural lighting
•Drywalled and finished all walls
•Primed and painted
•Finished everything off with baige trim work.
•All electrical was properly run and ethernet cable for our client to enjoy.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are skilled and equipped to do all our drywall in-house!
That includes hanging, taping and finishing, and texture.
