These are two new homes here in mineral wells. Glad I’m getting some local work in the ground before it gets cold outside . If you are looking for a great location and a very nice subdivision then I’d check these out. Gonna be built very nice . Not your typical housing development .

This is a new 5 bathroom house located in Poolville Texas. Me and the crew did the above slab rough-in this week. This house has 3 tankless Navien240A heaters. The customer will be happy to know that they will get hot water efficiently , and in a timely manner (10 seconds or less) and up to full set temperature , whether they are 2’ from the heater or located in a bathroom 200’ from the heater.

If u are looking at my plumbing and want it in your new home then i can steer u in the correct way. I know some outstanding competent builders that are all very good. You wont be dissapointed . Thank u

These are photos of two mechanical rooms I have plumbed today. Customer requested several valves to isolate literally every part of his house . We roughed this in behind walls to accommodate his requests. He can isolate every heater to use one or all. Each side of his house is isolated for complete control as well. Circulation loops for instant hot water as well.

This is a real man’s mechanical room. 🤣
Super nice and planned out from the dirt beginning to the finished product.

Working on hanging plumbing for second story bathrooms. I laser all holes with a plumb bob laser. I lay out lines on the floor then put my fitting on top of them. I measure in between fittings to get my cuts. All plumbing is on 90, 45, and 22.5 degree angles. Rarely is any plumbing i do not on a true angle; And if u are a tradesman, builder or in some kind of building profession u will understand what im saying , and what that means . In other words it means we do not just guess at what we install or just “ throw it up there” .

The pipe is cradled in 3” swivel hangers threaded into 3/8” ceiling flanges with 3/8” all thread. Thank u for liking , commenting and sharing my photos. I appreciate it .

Under side and all the way through roof new plumbing . plumbing finishes for this shower are beautiful. His and her shower with hand held and rain head. This is the underground plumbing for a new 3.5 bath custom built home. It’s hard to tell what’s going on here but in the end it will look like toilets and showers and sinks. lol. 😂 I truly take pride in the work that I do and that is why I share these photos. I install ground up plumbing for new construction. I do complete plumbing jobs only; and medium to large remodels.
