Get ready - year 6 is nearly upon us!

If you’ve ventured past ASG in recent weeks or months, you may have noticed some changes. We’ve been busy with a plethora of projects—landscaping, painting, cleaning, etc. This is all in an effort to get a new, permanent, year round business off the ground: Dabney’s Cannabis Co. We are partnering with Clemon Dabney, who is perhaps Minnesota’s top cannabis mind, and converting our main building into a fully licensed dispensary.

Not to worry, though! While we still have some work to do, Agrarian Seed and Garden will be operational this season and for many years to come. Things will look a little different, of course; we’ve remodeled and reconfigured the entire back area of the property, and what was previously a garage used for miscellaneous storage will now be our storefront and checkout area. As always, we will have a vast selection of annuals and perennials, vegetables, herbs, seeds, tools, and more!

We will be open Thursday, April 23rd through Sunday, June 28th.

That should do it for now! We hope to see you soon!

September is finally here—and so is Monarch Fest! Join us from 10am to 4pm tomorrow, Saturday, September 6th at Lake Nokomis (just southeast of the community center).

There will be live music and dancing, food, art, and a multitude of other fun and exciting learning opportunities on how you can have a positive impact on monarch butterflies and help send them off on their 2,300 mile migration. To learn more, visit MonarchFestival.org

We will be there with an excellent selection of native plants, seeds, garlic, tools, apparel, and more!

And as always, if you can’t make it tomorrow but still need seeds or seed garlic this fall, visit our sister company The Experimental Farm Network at EFNseeds.com
