This area was begging to be better utilized instead of the storage room that it was.
Built out the framing, drywall, made sure the floor was level, added plumbing, electrical, a new shower, vanity, toilet, a nook with its own custom shelving (color stained per the customers’ preference), new hardware, new flooring.

Started with near bare bones on this project. In the process of building out the new layout for additional rooms, while keeping the previous ceiling, adding new flooring, new doors, and beams. Next will be all the final touches including the trim, paint, lighting, additional ceiling material and more.
